This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The one- bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two narrow fixed windows on each side of the door. There are three double-hung 3/1 windows on one side of the door and one double-hung 3/1 window on the other side. The frame construction is finished in 5 x 8 sheets paneling and the foundation is not visible. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. There is one central , brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
