This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family (three unit) residence
has a square plan with recessed central front entry with fixed and 1/1
shuttered double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles
and rests on a cut stone foundation. The twin gable roof is connected by
an intersecting gable and features dormers. The twin gables lie perpendicular
to the street. Apartment are in back. Outbuildings include a barn.
