This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an enclosed shed-roofed front porch completing the ell . The two- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with leaded glass panes. The frame construc- tion is finished in novelty siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and green asphalt shingles and features dormers and a central brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is perpendicular to the street.
