This detached one-story multi-family residence has an L-shaped plan with four front entries with gable overdoors. Windows are fixed and 3/1 and 2/2 double-hung. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roo f is covered with slate and there are three metal stovepipes. The axis of the main section of the roof is parallel to the street with a larger intersecting gable facing front. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
