This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an arched=roof enclosed entrance vestibule and an added deck on the north side. The frame construction is finished in masonite with vertical boards covering the enclosed entrance, and features 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles and has a side chimney of masonry. Outbuildings include a garage with a gable roof in the rear.
