This one-story single-family residenc has a rectangular plan with a small
gable-roofed porch with open railings and a wood stoop. The frame construction
is finished in asbestos siding to look like brick and sits on a concrete
foundation. Windows are 2/2 double-hung. The gable roof is covered with
cedar shingles and features knee braces on the porch. The axis of the roof
is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a detached one-car garage.
