This one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable
overdoor above a concrete stoop. The roof is supported by knee braces. The
frame construction is covered with vertical boards under the eaves and masonite
on the attached shed-roofed garage. Windows are 1/1 double-hung, casement
and fixed. The structure sits on a concrete foundation. The gable roof sits
perpendicular to the street.
