This detached one-and-one-half single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows 6/6, and a window under the gable end. The log construction sits on a concrete foundation and the gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles. The roof features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and brackets. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of similar materials.
