This detached one-story multi-family (four units) residence has a complex design with a shed-roofed front enclosed porch next to a gable-roofed bay extension. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 1/1 and 6/6 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingels and features overhanging eaves and an offset chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a shed in front and back.
