This detached one-story duplex has a rectangular plan with a shed roof
overhang above the two symmetrical entrances. Windows are fixed and 1/1
double-hung. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and lies parallel to the street.
