THis detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an open front porch with a shed roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with 2/2 double-hung and sliding
sash windows. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and features overhanging eaves. It lies parallel to the street.
