This detached two-story single-family residence has a central block with a rectangular plan, and a side wing with a rectangular plan. The one- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance flanked by fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in board and batten and rests on a concrete foundation. Both bays have shed roofs covered with brown asphalt shingles. There is an exterior concrete block chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street., and is a split-level roof divided by a row of windows.
