This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a ground-level ' shed roofed cellar entrance in front. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with casement windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof extends to a shed roof to one side and .is covered with asphalt shingles. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a shed.
