This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a cut- out carport in one front corner having a cement slab and metal post. The two- bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with a combination of window styles. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The very slight gable roof features overhanging eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
