This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an ell -shaped plan with sunlights in the roof of the one-and-one-half story addition to the older log structure. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a recesse front entrance with casement windows. The frame construction is finished in vertical wood siding and is attached to the older log house. The foundation is not visible. The new saltbox roof is added to the older gable roof and covered with green asphalt shingles on the old part and brown on the new. There is a brick chimney in the old part and a metal stovepipe in the new. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
