This one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed
front porch with solid railing. The asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center
entry, with double-hung, casement and fixed windows. The frame construction is
finished in horizontal wood siding and sits on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and sits parallel to the street.
