This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a small shed roof over the cement stoop. The side-facing facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central entrance flanked by 2/2 double-hung windows with metal awnings. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a detached garage.
