This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a bay extension to the front with a slightly lower-angled gable roof including
a recessed corner porch. The frame construction is finished in wood siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey
asphalt shingles and faces perpendicular to the street. Windows are 1/1 double-
hung and sliding.
