This detached two-story single-family residence has a square plan with a small gable roof over the entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash arrangement. There are two identical windows on the second story, all shuttered, and two long brick planters on either side of the entrance. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and overhanging eaves. There are two central metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a shed. The has been a single-story addition to one side of the house featuring a gabled dormer and similar siding materials. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events- associated with this property.
