This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with small gabled-roofed open vestibule with a parapet covered the same as the rest of the house. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with one double-hung window of a 1/1 sash arrangement. The window has shutters of a cut-out design. The frame construction is finished in pressed lapped hardboard and the foundation is not visible. The gable roof is covered with grey shingles and features scallop-cut overhanging eaves that match the front of the vestibule. There is one central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
