This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan
with an asymmetrical front facade consisting of a central front entrance with
6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finsihed in asbestos siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green
asphalt shingles and features dormers and a brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
