This one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular- plan with gable roofed vestibule. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement and one double-hung window with a 1/1 arrangement in the center of the upper story. The frame construction is finished in metal lap siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features boxed and overhanging eaves. There are two metal stovepipes , one central and one offset. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Out- buildings include a garage.
