This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-
roofed enclosed vestibule to one side. The asymmetrical facade consists
of a flush side entry and 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows. The frame
construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a central
chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
