This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
carport to one side of the main roof, and a gable-roofed enclosed front entry
with a side door. The frame construction is finished in vertical wood boards
and has 1/1 double-hung, casement, and fixed windows. The structure sits on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof (with a longer extension on the south
side) features a central metal flue and sits perpendicular to the street.
This house is either new or is a severely remodeled older home. An attached
garage is located behind the carport on the side of the house.
