This one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush entry
above a cement stoop. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding
with vertical boards on the gable ends, and rests on a concrete foundation.
Windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed. The gable roof is covered with dark
red asphalt shingles and features finial balls on the roof. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street.
