This detached one-and-one-half story double-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a flush entry above a concrete stoop, and a flat-roofed garage addition
to one side. The frame construction is finished in 6" beveled siding and
features casement and fixed windows with shutters. The structure rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and featurs
exposed rafters and two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street.
