This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a side entrance vestibule with a shed roof and a rear addition. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in shiplap siding with scalloped wood trim vertically placed in the gable ends. The structure rests on a wooden foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. The building has been moved to this location.
