PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-
shaped plan with a front porch and entranceway in the interior joint of
the ell and two shed-roofed additions on the back. The two-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance
with one double-hung window of a 1/1 sash arrangement on the corner
of the facade with the door, and one fixed window with beveled and stained
transom on the other facade. There is also a double-hung window in the
upper level above it. Both the top of the porch and the corner window
are decorated with turned spindles, and the window has cut-out designs.
The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and
has boxed eaves. There are two central brick chimneys. Outbuildings
include a garage.

cant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this
property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within
a potential historic district due to its association with the residential
aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.

of original design and materials and continuity of use, setting and location.
