This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a
shed-roofed overhang in the interior joint of the ell protecting the side-facing
entrance. The windows are assorted styles and the frame construction is finished
in shiplap with metal corners. The structure rests on a concrete foundation.
The hipped roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has two metal flues.
Outbuildings include a garage. The main axis of the house is perpendicular
to the street.
