Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan• with a side entrance with wood stoop and railing. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of three double-hung 6/1 windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
