Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable overdoor and a gable roof extension over the garage doors. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed windows and two overhead garage doors. The bearing wall construction is finished in concrete blocks and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
