PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family apartment has a rectan- gular plan with an extended eave and open shed-roofed entry porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with double-hung and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and the foundation is not visible. The shallow-pitched gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features an extended eave over a portion of the central block. There is one central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. There has been extensive remodeling of earlier structure, to the point that the earlier structure is no longer recognizable. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Significance: This structure is an intrusive element within a potential historic district.
