This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a side entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of one sliding sash window. The frame construction is finished in
pressed hardboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves.
There is one rear metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street.
