This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an arched roof over the front stoop and a shed roofed addition to the rear. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance flanked by two 1/1 double-hung windows and another on the second story. The frame construction is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer with two windows. There is a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
