This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable roof over the front stoop and a shed roofed addition to the rear side. There is also a gable-roofed addition to to middle of the side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with one 1/ldouble-hung window. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
