This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed front vestibule. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance flanked by two double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash arrangement. The entrance has cement steps. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with blue asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves. There is one central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
