El41-L- 13 C I-L -c This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush entrance in the intersecting cross gable. The one-bay facade is asymmetri- cal and consists of a glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows with white shutters. The frame construction is finished in wood shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. ) The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of older materials.
