PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story commercial structure has an L-shaped plan with
a warehouse area accessed by overhead garage doors on the far wing of
the ell , and an office area with glass block windows and a diagonal
corner entrance on the near facade. The brick construction features
decorative brickwork around the glass block windows and a rounded corner
that provided the front entrance access. The foundation is of concrete
and the roof is flat with built-up materials.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site
and surrounding area lend the property significance.
Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
