Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed rear addition and a flush front entry. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with casement and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in masonite siding with white trim and the gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles. There are overhanging eaves and exposed rafters, as well as a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
