This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan. The
one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned
front entrance with three sliding sash windows , all on one side of the door.
The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and the foundation is
not visible. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves, and a central brick chimney, as well as a metal stovepipe. The
axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
