This detached two-story multi-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a shed- roofed addition on the rear and a bay with a shed roof on the front. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with six 1/1 double-hung windows. There is a glassed-in porch and a similar second-story porch partially glassed in. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with rust brown asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters and overhanging eaves. There is a brick chimney. Alterations include the transition of the structure into four apartments. Outbuildings include a new garage.
