This detached two-story, multi-family residence has a rectangular plan. The four-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in hardboard siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging, boxed eaves. There are two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
