PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a gable-roofed front entrance vestibule. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of a central- glass-paned front entrance flanked by
a fixed and a 6/6 double-hung window. There is a windowbox planter on the
second half-story double-hung window. The frame construction is finished in
white 12" hardboard with dark red trim and rests on a stone veneered concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features boxed
eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations
include the wide horizontal siding.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events associated
with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as contributing element within a potential
historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the
Civic Phase of Bozeman' s historic/architectural development.
