This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
gable roof over the front entrance and a shed roofed addition to the rear.
The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front
entrance flanked by two sliding sash windows. The entrance has knee brace
supports , and the stoop has a wrought iron railing. The frame construction
is finished in green asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation.
The gable roof is covered with green/grey asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves and a brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the
street. Alterations include the wide horizontal siding and additions in the
rear.
