This detache one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable
roofed entrance vestibule and an extended roof over the carport and shed to one
side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
with two fixed windows. The cinderblock construction sits on a cinderblock
foundation and the gable ends have vertical boards with scalloped ends. The
gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves.
There is a front brick chimney and five metal stovepipes. The outbuildings
include two sheds,
