This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed roofed addition to the rear and a gable roof over the entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with fixed shuttered windows with awnings. The frame construction is finished in masonite siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey shingles of asphalt and features boxed eaves. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Alterations include wide horizontal siding. Outbuildings include a garage.
