This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
gable-roofed addition to one side and and addition to the rear. The one-bay facade
is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with one
fixed and two 1/1 double- hung windows. The entrance has a wooden stoop. The
frame construction is finished in navy asbestos siding and rests on a raised
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with dark grey asphalt shingles and
features boxed, overhanging eaves and two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street.
