PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one=half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a gable-roofed front entrance vestibule and a shed addition on the back.
The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central 12-paned front
entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. The entrance has a concrete stoop with
a metal railing. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on
a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles
and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events associated
with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potentia
historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the
Nationalization Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
