PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one=half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed front entrance vestibule and a shed addition on the back. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central 12-paned front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. The entrance has a concrete stoop with a metal railing. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potentia historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Nationalization Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
