PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with enclosed corner entry porch. The single-bay facade consists of an
offset glass-paned front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows.
The upper section of the fixed front window is stained glass. The frame
construction is finished in beveled siding and rests on a low rubble and concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and has two
brick chimneys. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Out-
buildings include a garage.

significant historical information concerning persons or events associated
with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contibuting element within a
potential historic district due to its association with the residential
aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
