upon and across state lands, as follows:
A tract or strip of land in the SEtNEt, Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 5 East,
Montana Principal Meridian, Gallatin County, Montana, more particularly described as
follows:
A thirty foot (30.0') wide storm sewer easement fifteen feet (15.0') on either
side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of vacated Grant Street and the
easterly line of vacated South Seventh Avenue in the Capitol Hill Addition to the City
of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana, thence easterly along the centerline of Grant
Street as originally platted in the Capitol Hill Addition to Bozeman, Montana, two
hundred seventy feet (270.0') to its point of intersection with the westerly line of
South Sixth Avenue. Area of easement 8,100 square feet, containing .1860 of an acre,
more or less.

It is further Provided that whenever said lands herein granted as a right of way shall
cease to be used for such purpose, the same shall revert to the state upon notice to that
effect being given to the said grantee named herein.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the State of Montana has caused these presents to be
executed by the Governor, and to be attested by the Secretary of State, and countersigned
by the Commissioners of State Lands and Investments, and the Great Seal of the State, and
